Full-Time Tech Project Manager - Test Eng.

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead manufacturing test development projects. The TPM will support data center projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage test infrastructure projects and initiatives.
• Manage test strategy, schedule, budget, risk, procurement, logistics, and integration.
• Coordinate supplier selection for test fixtures and JDM partners.
• Drive communication with stakeholders, vendors, and contract manufacturers.
• Maintain and co-author technical documentation (test plans, processes, presentations, dashboards, requirements).
• Evaluate technological strategies, understanding stakeholder requirements and test implications.
• Support sales by creating confidence and expanded business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years experience in project management, strong written/verbal communication, interpersonal skills.
• 5+ years manufacturing test experience.
• Experience with different testing approaches (functional, performance, stress).
• Experience managing suppliers and partners.
• Understanding of SDLC and testing frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong communication (verbal, written) and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Fluency in English.
• Flexibility to support customer’s Pacific time zone and contract manufacturer's East Asian time zones

Preferred Qualifications:

• Manufacturing test design experience
• Experience working across cultures and time zones.
