The Customer Excellence Group is seeking a Technical AI Program Manager to drive AI adoption for ServiceNow customers. This role involves partnering with product management and engineering to deliver AI-first implementations. Responsibilities include developing an AI-first roadmap, managing program plans, and translating customer feedback into product requirements. The ideal candidate will stay updated on GenAI trends and contribute to thought leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an AI-first roadmap to drive customer adoption.
- Manage program plans for specific products and execute pilots.
- Translate customer feedback into agent requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends in GenAI and Agentic AI.
- Contribute to thought leadership and documentation.
- Assist with enablement and training material.
- Design and validate product-specific agents.
- Co-drive pilots with early adopter customers.
To be successful:
- 7+ years in program or portfolio management, 3+ years leading AI/ML initiatives.
- Ability to operationalize AI governance.
- Strong understanding of agentic AI and generative AI patterns.
- Experience with AI platform governance.
- Familiarity with Agentic AI/LLM/GenAI fundamentals.
- Prior implementation experience of enterprise solutions.
- Success in cross-functional leadership.
- Skilled in portfolio prioritization and KPI/OKR tracking.
- Excellent communication and change-management capabilities.
- Ability to translate business objectives into AI implementation strategies.
