Full-Time Technical AI Program Manager, HRSD

• Partner with Platform and Product Business Unit Product Management and Engineering organizations.
• Deliver a transformational AI‑first implementation and adoption experience for ServiceNow’s customers.
• Design, productize, and pilot Agentic AI‑first setup and implementation experiences.
• Establish a standardized setup process and unify admin workflows.
• Drive early pilots across ServiceNow’s core product families.

• Develop an AI-first, autonomous implementations roadmap.
• Create and manage the program plan and execute it with internal and external customers.
• Translate customer feedback into productized agent requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends in GenAI and Agentic AI.
• Contribute to thought leadership and documentation.
• Assist Enablement and Partner teams.
• Design and validate product‑specific agents.
• Co‑drive pilots with early adopter customers.

• 7+ years in program or portfolio management; 3+ years leading AI/ML or GenAI initiatives.
• Ability to operationalize AI governance and run CoE review boards.
• Strong understanding of agentic AI and generative AI patterns.
• Experience with AI platform governance.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI/LLM/GenAI fundamentals.
• Prior implementation and deployment experience of enterprise solutions.
• Demonstrated success in cross‑functional leadership.
• Skilled in portfolio prioritization and KPI/OKR tracking for AI programs.
• Excellent executive communication and change‑management capabilities.
• Ability to translate business objectives into AI implementation strategies.
• Bachelor’s in a technical or quantitative field; advanced degree or PgMP/PMP/AI certifications preferred.
• Must be able to travel up to 50% annually.
