Work Location: Denmark Onsite
Onsite Schedule: Monday till Wednesday
Start Date: ASAP
Allocation: 100%
Duration: Dec 24 till June 25
Project Goal: Support ERP solution implementation for Local/Regional Manufacturing and Affiliate. Go-live in May 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configuration Management:
- Create and maintain configurations item lists.
- Establish and maintain change process for system changes.
- Validate configurations meet business & compliance requirements.
- Technical Design Documentation:
- Ensure technical design documents meet GxP standards.
- Provide maintainable documentation for stakeholders.
- Installation Verification:
- Perform and document installation verification testing.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance for GxP compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Serve as a technical liaison.
- Provide regular updates to project leadership.
- Compliance & Standards:
- Adhere to GxP and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in audits.
- Support validation activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- GxP compliance training or certifications.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation (preferably GxP).
- Strong knowledge of configuration management principles & tools.
- Experience with technical design documentation.
- Familiarity with installation verification & validation.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA).
- Proficiency in ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
