Full-Time Technical Implementation Manager I

Flywire is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager to join our growing team. The manager will work with the project team and clients to implement real-time integrations, build test and production environments, and manage jobs and files.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand technical architecture, configure and test client environments.
• Set up file specifications and jobs.
• Partner with implementation team on product solutions for higher education.
• Ensure client integrations, system performance, quality, and application responsiveness meet Flywire standards.
• Schedule and conduct client technical meetings, configure system preferences, and ensure integrated solutions meet client needs.
• Produce, maintain, and disseminate technical product documentation for internal and external partners.
• Collaborate with customers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to contribute to the product vision.
• Contribute to an ever-improving culture and customer experience.

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience in technical software and middleware implementations.
• Experience in Single Sign On integration (CAS, SAML).
• Experience configuring, implementing, and integrating software/middleware in a customer-facing role.
• Experience in technical and functional documentation.
• Knowledge of Higher Education ERPs (PeopleSoft, Banner, Colleague, Workday). (Preferred)
• Quality Assurance experience and training.
• Fintech/payment industry experience desired.

Compensation: $84,000 - $104,000 (USD) plus restricted stock units and benefits. Location-specific salary adjustments apply.
