Technical Product Manager
Guide a product team in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with developers, architects, analysts, and business stakeholders. Work autonomously and contribute tangible value across multiple phases.
Work on a variety of projects at enterprise-level organizations, each with new business objectives, challenges, and teams. Leverage existing skills and develop new ones.
Participate in key decision-making to drive your team forward.
Your experience and skills:
- Experience driving prioritization with delivery teams.
- Obsessed with understanding customer needs and aligning product requirements with them.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Experience navigating and managing relationships in large client organizations.
- Expertise in industry SDLC best practices and delivery excellence.
- Proficient at integrating usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
- Strong influence, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Passion for mentoring and developing consultants.
About the team:
The Logic20/20 Digital Strategy & Transformation team utilizes design thinking and next-gen technologies. Collaborate with architects, managers, and engineering consultants to gain a comprehensive perspective of challenges and develop innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in technical product management, owning and driving product roadmaps.
- Experience supporting solution definitions and/or projects involving dashboard creation.
- Experience launching product experiences into consumer-facing web applications.
- Experience creating business requirement documents (BRD) and authoring requirements for new application development.
- Proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Experience with rapid, iterative design and development processes.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to travel based on client needs.
- Ability to work in CST or EST time zones.
Compensation:
Competitive compensation package with a base salary range of $160,738 - $186,000.
