Technical Product Manager
Guide a product team in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with developers, architects, analysts, and stakeholders.
Work autonomously and contribute to various product lifecycle phases.
Work on diverse enterprise-level projects, each presenting new challenges and teams, utilizing and expanding existing skills.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in key decision-making, driving team success through skills, thought leadership, and passion.
Demonstrate experience driving prioritization with delivery teams.
Focus on understanding customer needs and defining aligned product requirements.
Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients using excellent communication skills.
Navigate and manage relationships within large client organizations.
Apply industry SDLC best practices and drive delivery excellence.
Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
Influence, persuade, and negotiate effectively.
Mentor and develop consultants to maximize their potential.
Team Overview
The Logic20/20 Digital Strategy & Transformation team uses design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve complex client challenges.
Collaborate with architects, managers, and engineering consultants to gain a comprehensive understanding of issues.
Contribute unique perspectives to develop innovative solutions.
Experience Requirements
10+ years of technical product management experience, owning and driving product roadmaps.
Support solution definitions and/or projects where teams define and build dashboards.
Launch product experiences into consumer-facing web applications.
Create business requirement documents (BRD) and author requirements for new application development.
Proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Experience with rapid, iterative design and development processes.
Education and Other Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
Ability to travel based on client needs.
Ability to work in CST or EST time zones.
Compensation
Competitive compensation package.
Target base salary range: $160,738 - $186,000.
Final salary depends on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
Performance-based bonuses and other incentives may be available.
