Full-Time Technical Product Manager

The Product:Neu.ro is an MLOPS platform allowing ML practitioners to deploy, train, and run models on various platforms without dealing with DevOps tasks. It also aims to optimize DevOps costs for ML-oriented companies. Sandbx provides ML consulting services using Neu.ro.

The Role:This position combines Business Analyst and Project Manager responsibilities. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, creating specifications, developing user stories, conducting demos, implementing development processes, tracking tasks, ensuring on-time delivery, managing stakeholder relations, and balancing competing interests. Pre-sales tasks such as running discovery workshops, gathering requirements, creating project outlines, and estimating time/effort are also included. The role has complete end-to-end responsibility.

The Candidate Profile:The ideal candidate has a background in SW or QA engineering, understands Agile methodology, and has experience managing processes and people. Experience or interest in pre-sales is required, as is fluency in English. The role requires working later hours to support the US-based development team.

Requirements:

• Min 2 years experience as a developer or QA.
• Min 3 years experience as a Business Analyst, Project or Program manager.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Change management skills.
• Business analyst proficiency.
• Good people management skills.
• Fluent English
