About the Role: This is an opportunity to lead a transformation. As the Product Manager for our Internal Developer Platform, you will be at the heart of TrueML's engineering evolution. You will lead DevOps, Platform Services, InfoSec, and IT teams. This role reports directly to the Sr. Product Director and collaborates with Product & Technology leadership. You will define and execute the product strategy, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our engineering organization, driving developer productivity, efficiency, and innovation. You will provide holistic experiences for building and managing software throughout development, delivery, operations, and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for TrueML's internal developer platform, aligned with company goals.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback from engineering teams to understand their needs.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog using data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders, architects, and developers to design and deliver platform solutions.
• Oversee DevOps tools and processes to streamline development, testing, and deployment.
• Enhance platform services for essential infrastructure capabilities.
• Work closely with InfoSec to meet security standards and regulations.
• Manage IT projects for efficient internal technology support.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize the platform.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in developer platforms, DevOps.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on developer platforms.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles, DevOps, cloud computing, and information security.
• Experience with containerization, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Familiarity with security best practices and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Passion for empowering developers and improving their productivity.
