Full-Time Technical Program Manager

This position will partner with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional leads to ensure delivery predictability for complex programs. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management, the role will focus on Point of Care product and technology.

Responsibilities include:

1. Driving the creation, tracking, and communication of quarterly plans with delivery teams.
2. Managing program operations and complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
3. Implementing governance structures for risk management and decision-making.
4. Contributing to organizational initiatives to reduce operational burdens.

Key duties:

• Strategic Planning & Alignment: Aligning goals with business, product, and organizational strategies. Developing & implementing plans based on priorities, resources, and dependencies.
• Core Project Management: Managing project plans, deliverables, and communication across stakeholders.
• Facilitation: Ensuring transparency and alignment among cross-functional teams.
• Risk Management & Control: Identifying & managing risks, dependencies, and roadblocks. Developing control plans for proactive mitigation.
• Performance Measurement & Analysis: Evaluating progress against KPIs, SLAs, and business results. Analyzing data to identify opportunities, risks, and trends.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive experience in operations, project, or program management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

• Product Development Experience: Deep understanding of product development lifecycles, software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban), engineering processes. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (product managers, business analysts, engineers, designers). Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and vice versa
• Proficiency in project management/collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, GitHub)
• Understanding of software development risks and risk mitigation plans
