ProSphere (PST) is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead inter-agency B2B collaboration initiatives and oversee other initiatives on our Enterprise Messaging, Collaboration, Authentication and Office 365 Services Support for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This role involves program management, technical integration, security engineering, support operations, and stakeholder engagement to facilitate secure, compliant, and scalable B2B solutions aligned with federal and VA standards.
Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Lead program management efforts to enable seamless inter-agency B2B collaboration.
- Engineering and Site Integration: Conduct detailed site assessments for B2B solution deployments.
- Support Help Desk Operations: Establish and oversee a dedicated B2B support help desk providing Tier 1 to Tier 3 support.
- Release Management, Training, and Documentation: Manage the release process for updates and changes, coordinating among teams and stakeholders.
- Enterprise B2B Security Engineering: Deploy and support enterprise cybersecurity measures for B2B environments.
- B2B Application Integration & Custom Engineering: Perform application integrations and custom engineering to meet specific agency B2B requirements.
- Overall Program Initiatives: Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Memoranda of Understanding, Agreements, MFRs, and ISAs
