Your Team:This Technical Program Manager will work across our Growth and Scale Organization. An org of 3 engineering teams focused on enabling the long-term growth and operational efficiency of Seesaw’s platform.
Your Role:Lead cross-functional, technically complex initiatives. Drive large-scale programs intersecting product, infrastructure, and business systems. Enable differentiated user experiences, implement role-based access control, support payment gateways, and build out a scalable subscription model.
Responsibilities:
- Define, plan, and execute large-scale programs related to product infrastructure, customer experience, and business systems.
- Drive key initiatives, breaking down projects, identifying & tracking dependencies & opportunities for optimization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between diverse teams, keeping everyone informed and aligned.
- Work closely with technical & non-technical teams to bridge the gap between organizational, operational, and technical aspects of projects.
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
- Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks.
- Bring or develop a strong understanding of the systems.
- Translate technical concepts into clear communications.
- Serve as the central point of communication for project matters.
- Conduct status meetings and presentations.
- Identify challenges and work collaboratively to develop effective solutions.
- Proactively anticipate potential issues & implement mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in a SaaS or product-led organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with infrastructure, data systems, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with subscriptions, payments, or user access management (a plus).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
