Who you are:
We’re looking for an ambitious problem-solver who thrives in challenging environments and has a passion for delivering advanced autonomy systems in the field. As a Technical Program Manager - Deployment Success, you will be a core member of our team, managing the technical delivery of our ground autonomy systems in remote and austere locations.
What you’ll do:
- Iterate and evolve solutions in response to real-world requirements.
- Work side-by-side with end-users to rapidly iterate on product functionality.
- Influence the product roadmap by advocating for user needs.
- Collaborate across Overland AI to support agile software development.
- Contribute to follow-on contract strategies.
- Lead the deployment and technical success of ground autonomy systems.
- Establish effective program governance and manage updates.
- Coordinate all aspects of logistics and deployment.
- Develop and maintain enduring relationships with end-users.
- Create and manage detailed documentation (charters, design reviews, project plans).
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to obtain a US government security clearance.
- Ability to travel 50% or more.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager.
- Experience fielding software or hardware products to real operating environments.
- Effective communicator with demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles.
- Familiarity with ground autonomy systems.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver successful outcomes on multiple projects.
- Operational US military experience (desired).

Location:
This position can be located anywhere within the US. Frequent, extended travel expected.
