Full-Time Technical Program Manager, EHR Integrations

At Counterpart Health, we're transforming healthcare. We're seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive EHR integrations for our innovative primary care tool, Counterpart Assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Engage field teams for third-party clinical practice enrollment in EHR integrations.
• Drive EHR implementations by understanding partner approval processes, creating project plans, setting timelines, implementing features, and communicating with leadership.
• Manage existing integrations, including adding features, testing/approving app versions, and managing costs.
• Understand internal EHR team roadmaps for prioritization and resource management.
• Develop processes for rapid internal engineer development across multiple EHR environments.
• Create EHR documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Foster an EHR-first product mentality within the Tech organization.

Success metrics include:

• Driving increased Clover Assistant adoption on EHRs.
• Creating playbooks for faster EHR setups.
• Troubleshooting technical issues with providers and EHR partners.
• Managing smooth rollouts of new features.
• Maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience as a Program/Project Manager on engineering or similar technical teams, or as an engineer on such teams.
• Experience working with EHR providers or EHR integrations.
• Strong project management skills and experience with tools like Linear, Asana, or Jira.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage competing deadlines.
