Technical Project Coordinator - Data Integrations
Solink is a data analytics software company focusing on video security for franchise and retail chains. We aim to combat fraud and help owners track problems.
Role Overview
The Data team manages over 300 integrations. The Technical Project Coordinator will own the change request process, analyzing each step from submission to completion for efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning support and integration requests.
- Coordinating between customer, partner, and internal teams.
- Tracking and communicating status, blockers, and completion dates to stakeholders.
- Developing strategies to minimize blockers and bottlenecks.
- Building and managing relationships with internal and external parties.
About You
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in IT Project Management.
- Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical).
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly understand technical conversations and concepts.
- Proven ability to own problems from identification to resolution.
Bonus Skills:
- API, data flow, and troubleshooting experience.
- Project management tool experience.
- Basic networking and Linux experience.
