Role OverviewWe’re seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee complex, cross-functional projects, working closely with Operations, Engineering, BD, and Marketing to ensure project delivery. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, experience with blockchain and AI development, and a proven track record of managing technical projects in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define project scope, plan, structure, and track workstreams, deliverables, and milestones.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Drive Agile practices (e.g., Scrum or Kanban), including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Monitor and report on project status, KPIs, and milestones to stakeholders.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation; report progress and deliverables to executives and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in blockchain, AI, or software development environments.
- Strong understanding of blockchain protocols, AI/ML models, and smart contracts.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Notion, Confluence, or similar project management software.
- Certification in project management (PMP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Web3, decentralized applications, or blockchain development.
- Knowledge of cryptography, consensus algorithms, or AI-powered smart contracts.
- Familiarity with EVM-compatible chains and AI inference models.
