Full-Time Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead customer manufacturing test development projects, including test software, test hardware, and integration. The TPM will support data center manufacturing test development.

Responsibilities:

• Manage data center test infrastructure projects and initiatives through planning, development, and deployment to support NPI manufacturing.
• Manage test strategy, schedule, budget, risk management, procurement, logistics, and integration for manufacturing test solutions.
• Coordinate the selection of suppliers for test fixture components and JDM partner solutions.
• Drive communication with internal stakeholders, vendors, and contract manufacturers.
• Maintain and co-author technical documentation (test plans, processes, initiatives).
• Evaluate technological strategies to support stakeholder requirements and test implications.
• Support sales by building customer confidence for expanded business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years experience in project management.
• 5+ years experience in manufacturing test industries.
• Experience with various testing approaches (functional, performance, stress).
• Experience managing suppliers and partners.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and testing frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Manufacturing test design experience
• Cross-cultural and time-zone experience

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer-facing role.
• Fluent in French and English.

Additional Requirements:

• Flexible schedule to support customer and contract manufacturer time zones.
• Up to 5% travel (as needed).
