Job Details
Overseeing successful project execution and delivery across client engagement. Developing project plans with timelines, resource allocation, milestones, forecasts, and status reports.
Interpreting client and internal stakeholder guidelines, making decisions in nonstandard situations. Managing and communicating risks, decisions, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
Managing client and stakeholder communication and expectations; providing frequent updates and holding them accountable.
Proactively solving problems, initiating collaborations, anticipating, identifying, and resolving issues.
Ensuring project quality, ongoing performance, and client satisfaction.
Assisting in meeting coordination and facilitation for cross-functional teams.
Identifying process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
Collaborating, leading, and coaching other project managers.
Experience: +10 years in project management with IT product-related deliverables (collaborating with development and/or data teams). Managing large, diverse projects and parallel workstreams with external clients.
Leadership & Skills: Leading and coaching team members, excellent verbal/written communication and negotiation skills, proactivity, self-starter skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in conveying complex ideas and technical information clearly and concisely. Adaptability to changing project requirements and environments.
Tools & Methodologies: Experience with Jira/Confluence; proven experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or other), knowledge of Waterfall methodologies. PMP certification desired. Experience leading GenAI, ML, or Data Engineering projects desired; understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and/or data platforms (Snowflake or Databricks).
