Full-Time Technical Project Manager

The Technical Project Manager will serve as the strategic lead and day-to-day point of accountability for client engagements.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects with accountability for outcomes.
• Act as primary liaison between clients and Blend360, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
• Navigate ambiguity, translating unclear requirements into structured plans.
• Scope and plan initiatives with internal teams, balancing speed, quality, and client priorities.
• Provide guidance and direction to project teams, removing roadblocks.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks.
• Champion a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Apply industry-standard methodologies (Agile/SCRUM, Waterfall).
• Create and maintain project documentation (RACI, RAID, plans, status, communication plans, etc.).
• Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through a consultative approach.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years experience in technical project management or product delivery.
• Proven track record of leading projects from inception to completion.
• Strong client engagement skills.
• Comfortable with autonomy and accountability.
• Skilled in managing competing priorities, navigating ambiguity, and driving alignment.
• Collaborative mindset.
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP, Scrum or other relevant certifications
• Experience in data-focused projects
