Full-Time Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. This role will oversee the successful delivery of 2-3 technical projects at a time within our SaaS environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a technical project management role within a SaaS environment.
• Proven experience in managing multiple technical projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Agile Scrum, including certification like CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) or equivalent, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, manage, and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets adhering to Agile Scrum practices.
2. Lead cross-functional teams consisting of developers, QA testers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
3. Communicate project progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders, including executive management, clients, and team members.
4. Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks and issues.
5. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with customer expectations.
6. Manage resources (human, financial, and technological) to optimize project outcomes.
7. Maintain comprehensive project documentation (plans, meeting notes, status reports, lessons learned).
8. Oversee change requests, assess impact, and implement changes with minimal disruption to project timelines.
9. Implement and track project metrics to evaluate performance, productivity, and project health.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of software development life cycles, particularly within SaaS products.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse teams and clients.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud technologies and understanding of SaaS architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks.
