Full-Time Technical Project Manager

As the Project Manager, you will help implement high impact software solutions for North America's Financial Services and Data (FSD) Delivery organization. You will guide the planning and execution of daily activities with cross-functional stakeholders.

Deep product knowledge of North America FSD products and client consulting are required. You will work with clients of varying technical proficiencies, communicating with executive and technical levels.

You will report to the Client Success Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform as technical project manager on small to large client implementations (potentially exceeding 12 months or significant budget impact)
• Be the Subject Matter Expert on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Manage a team (across multiple organizations) to oversee client implementation success. Project resources have competing responsibilities.
• Manage work across multiple delivery teams, defining roadmaps and program interdependencies using Agile methodology
• Provide task assignments, direction, and guidance to achieve quality results.
• Lead tech-enabled projects and manage daily operations, including workflow analysis, priority setting, standard development, and deadline setting.
• Act as a bridge between delivery, engineering, product, and sales, recommending intuitive and insightful solutions.
• Work with clients and represent Experian in meetings, providing executive status reports on change management, assessments, roadmaps, and implementation strategies.
• Resolve communication challenges and develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels, building trust.
• Build artifacts and templates, participate in process improvement projects, and develop best practices.
• Mentor new project managers.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS or equivalent degree
• 5+ years functional experience
• 3+ years supervisory experience
• Project Management experience required; PMP certification encouraged
• Experience with executive status reporting and steering committee meetings required
• Experience with Agile methodology required
• Experience in large-scale technology modernization and managing cloud platforms
• Understanding of technical implementation at the architecture level
• Broad domain and technical knowledge related to analytics
• Experience in the full software development lifecycle and responsibilities of each team
• Experience driving large-scale technology modernizations
• Understanding of integrations, APIs, transactional systems, and architecture
• Contribution to the development of policies, procedures, and best practices
• Consulting experience with financial institutions required
• Experience with project management methodology and tools
• Proficiency with computer processes and PC applications like Jira and Confluence
• Occasional domestic travel
