We're seeking an enthusiastic Technical Project Manager to lead our Technology and Engineering teams in planning, organizing and delivering capabilities to clients, and collaborating for exceptional work.

This Full-time, Fixed-term position is in Lisbon, Portugal, Berlin, Germany (or remote with similar hours), with a base salary range of €88,000-€98,000. Alternatively, this role is also in the US East Coast with a base salary range of $115,000-$125,000.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing end-to-end technical product delivery.
• Working with product managers to define and communicate roadmaps and timelines, providing insights on progress and risks.
• Collaborating with engineers, designers, and data scientists to prioritize tasks, estimate effort and ensure ownership/accountability.
• Driving Agile Product Management, re-prioritizing based on feedback, risk, and resources.
• Defining and tracking measurements to improve internal processes across teams/functions (reducing manual effort through automation).
• Proactively driving changes to products, systems, processes, and code in a continuous improvement environment, including quarterly OKR delivery.
• Fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration while ensuring team alignment and velocity.
• Communicating technology, requirements, goals, and milestones to senior stakeholders.
• Overseeing planning and refinement meetings to drive the roadmap and adjust priorities.
• Mentoring and supporting career development for yourself and peers.

We seek candidates with:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Software Development Lifecycle and Design Thinking.
• Experience leading/organizing effective Agile ceremonies (story mapping, planning, refinement, retrospectives).
• Experience defining short-term and long-term team strategies.
• Day-to-day coordination, quality assurance for tasks.
• Managing cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes.
• Defining and tracking key metrics, quality, performance indicators, and driving cross-functional program deliverables.
