Full-Time Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled, influential, and experienced Technical Project Manager for a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Working closely with customer stakeholders, senior executives, management, and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Coordinating project management activities to achieve steady progress towards defined goals.
• Developing and maintaining project plans with tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
• Defining and managing project scope, budget, schedules, and timelines.
• Preparing, distributing, and presenting progress reports.
• Organizing and leading project status meetings.
• Managing changes, risks, actions, issues, and decisions, correcting deviations from plan.
• Holding teams accountable, removing roadblocks.
• Leveraging resources to improve project capacity.
• Supporting Product Owners in managing customer expectations.
• Managing stakeholder communications and implementing project governance.
• Championing process improvement initiatives.
• Promoting team engagement and a sustainable pace with high quality.
• Identifying and sourcing resource needs.
• Delivering projects accurately according to contract terms.
• Maintaining project documentation (approvals, meeting minutes, etc.).
• Planning and monitoring project expenditures to stay within budget.
• Providing regular updates on financial status and progress, preparing financial reports.
• Using key customer resolution tools for rapid issue resolution.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Traveling to client locations as needed.

Minimum Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing enterprise projects.
• High agility and change management skills.
• Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications include:

• PMP or equivalent certification
• Experience with Agile techniques (User Stories, Continuous Integration, etc.)
• Knowledge of other Agile approaches (Kanban), and traditional project management.
