Full-Time Technical Project Manager

As a Technical PM, you will lead the successful and timely delivery of multiple projects at a time. You will work closely with various teams across Karya, including technology, design, operations, sales and finance, to define project scope, develop project plans, and manage project timelines and budgets. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving innovation and delivering value to our clients and communities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

1. Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for team members required for specific projects or initiatives.
2. Analyze, plan, and develop requirements, tasks, and SLAs (service level agreements) in reference to assigned projects.
3. Hold regular meetings with technology, design, operations, sales, and impact teams to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects to ensure on-time deliverables.
4. Lead budget and resource allocation through all project phases.
5. Serve as the final point of accountability on assigned projects.
6. Generate regular reports to update leadership, internal stakeholders, and clients on project timelines.
7. Conduct retrospectives towards the end of the project and identify areas of improvement for future projects.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written) for stakeholder management and team collaboration
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others.
• Comfort and experience with technology to foresee challenges and ensure that the technological vision aligns with the project’s objectives.
• Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods.
