Full-Time Technical Project Manager

We’re seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive successful project execution for enterprise clients. This role demands a proactive, hands-on leader skilled in managing teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and keeping projects on track with minimal oversight.

About You:

• Broad delivery capability spanning strategy, technology, and/or business, focused on technical implementations and migrations.
• Liaison between developers and business stakeholders.
• Experience in end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level technology solutions.
• Experience in compliance and quality assurance across delivery phases (estimation, scope planning, design & code reviews, test plan development, triage, testing, reviews, signoffs).

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a technical project manager role.
• Exposure/experience with Python, SQL, or R for data analysis (or expert Excel).
• Interest in cloud technologies, data science, machine learning, or data engineering.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Previous consulting or tech startup experience.
• Desire to manage/support a team, acting as a servant leader aligned with Agile.
• Experience delivering enterprise-level, end-to-end technical solutions.
• Experience creating business requirement documents.
• Understanding and experience in SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in PM tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Scrum master (CSM or PSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience within the energy and/or utilities industry.
• Production environment experience as a data analyst or developer.

Compensation:

Target base salary: $140,000 - $155,000. Final salary depends on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.

Benefits: Performance bonuses and other incentives are possible.
