Full-Time Technical Project Manager

Your daily responsibilities: You will closely work with two development teams, assisting them in structured task management. Your duties include understanding requirements, clarifying ambiguities, and ensuring teams have all necessary information for implementation.

You will break down requirements into smaller, actionable tasks, defining them clearly and prioritizing them effectively. You'll visually ensure a continuous workflow on project boards and work with the teams to resolve bottlenecks.

By tracking team progress and individual epics, you'll communicate status and maintain transparency. You will support teams in the implementation of Agile methods like Scrum and Kanban, while keeping focus on daily business operations.

Analyzing existing processes and optimizing them will increase team efficiency and self-organization. You will work with relevant parties to create and optimize JIRA process structures for efficient multi-team and multi-project management, ensuring clear task oversight and tracking.

Your competencies: You have experience working with development teams and understand technical requirements. Ideally, you have a background in software development with PHP or IoT experience. Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban (with LeSS experience desirable). You will effectively integrate Agile principles into the team's daily work. Expertise in using and customizing JIRA, particularly in complex multi-project and team structures is required.

Fluent in English, with good German skills desirable. You quickly grasp complex requirements, developing clearly structured solutions. You communicate effectively with both development teams and stakeholders, conveying information clearly and concisely. You are willing to take ownership in clarifying requirements and organizing tasks. You maintain an overview even with parallel topics, ensuring smooth coordination.
