Technical Project Manager (TPM) combines technical knowledge with project management skills. Responsible for bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring software projects are delivered on time and within scope.
JOB FUNCTIONS- Define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Implement project methodologies for workflow.
- Act as the communication bridge between technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Provide project status updates and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate work across cross-functional teams.

ANALYTICAL THINKING/PROBLEM SOLVINGStrategic thinker with the ability to anticipate business and technology trends. Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Preferred Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7-10+ years of progressive experience in business strategy, digital transformation, or technology leadership roles.
