Full-Time Technical Project Manager

Summary: Technical Project Manager needed to support diverse technical transformation initiatives. Lead planning, estimation, implementation, and delivery of projects/programs for customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans aligning with client needs.
• Coordinate tasks for successful solution implementation.
• Develop, recommend, and implement risk mitigation solutions.
• Coordinate meetings and communications between departments/clients.
• Define and drive technical changes required.
• Compile status reports and provide updates.
• Collaborate and mentor other Project Managers.
• Ensure projects adhere to scope, requirements, deliverables, and timeline.
• Oversee project status review; identify and communicate risks.
• Manage client expectations and balance needs.
• Serve as escalation point for client support issues.
• Identify needs for additional project work.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing complex initiatives (data center, managed services, application/infrastructure).
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years experience in a project management office or as a project manager.
• Microsoft Office Suite trained, Jira or Visio experience required.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, strong verbal/written communication.
• Excellent flexibility, ability to handle fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate.
• Experience with client vision, business objectives, critical success factors.
• Experience with project architecture, development, integration, and deployment.
• Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Skilled in estimating and project management tools.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and change.
