Full-Time Technical Project Manager

The primary goal of a Technical Project Manager is to plan, coordinate, and oversee the successful delivery of projects from initiation to completion.

• Oversee Project Execution: Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and adjust plans proactively.
• Manage Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates on project status.
• Help to Establish Project Scope: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project objectives.
• Mitigate Risks and Resolve Issues: Identify potential risks early, develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Facilitate collaboration between development, QA, product, and business people.
• People Management and Team Development: Conduct regular 1-1s with team members, provide coaching, track performance.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback after project completion.
• Control Budgets and Costs: Track project expenditures and ensure the project stays within budget.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience: +5 years of proven experience managing software development projects. +5 years of recent experience in software development.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in one or more programming languages. Strong understanding of DevOps practices. Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Project Management Skills: Ability to deliver results in fast-paced environments. Strong proficiency in planning, scheduling, and stakeholder management. Proven ability to lead multiple projects concurrently.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Language: Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, CSM or Agile Project Management certification.
• Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL). Experience with Docker, Kubernetes. Experience with API design and integration.
