Full-Time Technical Project Manager

WarrCloud is a well-funded, high-growth startup pioneering a machine-learning-enabled SaaS platform for automating warranty claims processing for automotive dealerships and OEMs.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will join a passionate, collaborative, and driven team. We use an agile methodology for our cloud-based application. This role requires a passion for building an exceptional application in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive projects to completion using agile techniques.
• Lead new feature and integration pilots (Alpha, Beta) with client customers.
• Understand Automotive fixed operations ecosystems and integrations.
• Analyze project blockers and coordinate quick resolution using technical acumen and soft skills.
• Strong team tasks organizing skills.
• Lead technical integration projects with understanding of integrations and network security protocols (SSO, MFA, VPN).
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Facilitate regular communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leading pre-production user trials in Alpha and Beta stage.
• Understanding Application Programming Interfaces.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Technical Project Management, preferably in Automotive Fixed Ops software.
• Understanding of technical integrations and network security protocols (SSO, MFA, VPN).
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence or other agile content management tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with Discovery, Definition, and quick iteration in an Agile environment.
• Ability to analyze project blockers and coordinate quick resolution.

Nice to have:

• Experience in automotive warranty or dealer management systems.
• Experience in Customer Relationship Management systems.
• Led multidisciplinary teams.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum, or equivalent certification.
