Technical Project Manager at Copilot Studio
Develop business strategies, go-to-market plans, and manage client deliveries. Highly visible and influential role delivering innovative consulting solutions.
Delivery Responsibilities
- Manage client engagement for complex programs.
- Support strategy, business case, and implementation plan development.
- Lead client interviews, facilitate stakeholder engagement.
- Document and/or discover current and future business processes.
- Manage technical project work: solution concepts, vendor design review, requirements traceability.
- Support business requirements definition, RFP development.
- Support proposal evaluation, vendor selection, SOW development, and vendor contract negotiation.
- Develop project plans, milestones, and control structure.
- Transfer knowledge, improve team skills.
Business Development Responsibilities
- Contribute as Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Support utility client proposals and business development.

Our Digital Strategy & Transformation team uses design thinking and cutting-edge technologies. Collaborate with architects, managers, and engineers.
Requirements
- 5-10 years in consulting, proven technical project management experience.
- Strong Microsoft Copilot Studio expertise.
- Experience supporting/establishing Centers of Excellence (CoE).
- Manage relationships in large client organizations.
- Implement enterprise-wide solutions (business and technical focus).
- Strong influencing, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Passion for mentoring.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to travel (client/practice demands).
- CST or EST time zone flexibility (client demands).
- Utilities industry experience preferred.
Compensation
$155,770 - $178,900 base salary (negotiable). Bonuses and incentives are available.
