Technical Project Manager
Develop business strategies, go-to-market strategies, and manage client delivery for innovative consulting solutions.
Delivery Responsibilities
Manage complex, transformational client programs.
Develop business/technical strategies, business cases, and implementation plans.
Lead client interviews and facilitate stakeholder engagement.
Document and/or discover current/future business processes.
Manage technical project work: solution concepts, vendor design document reviews, requirements traceability.
Support business requirements definition, RFP development.
Support proposal evaluation, selection process, SOW development, vendor contract negotiation.
Develop project plans, key milestones, project control structure.
Business Development Responsibilities
Contribute as a subject matter expert (SME) to the business development process.
Support proposals and business development for utility clients.

Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in a consulting environment, proven experience as a technical project manager.
Strong expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Experience with Center of Excellence (CoE): best practices, governance models, knowledge sharing.
Experience navigating and managing relationships in large client organizations.
Experience implementing enterprise-wide solutions with business and technical focus.
Ability to influence, persuade, negotiate effectively.
Passion for mentoring and developing consultants.
Bachelor's degree.
Ability to travel and work in CST or EST time zones.
Experience in the utilities industry (preferred).
