Technical Project Manager - Copilot Studio

As technical project manager, you will develop business strategies, manage client delivery, and support go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage client engagement for complex projects.
2. Develop business and technical strategies, business cases, and implementation plans.
3. Lead client interviews and facilitate stakeholder engagement.
4. Document and/or discover current and future business processes.
5. Manage technical project work: developing solution concepts, reviewing vendor design documents, and requirements traceability.
6. Support business requirements definition and RFP development.
7. Support proposal evaluation, vendor selection, SOW development, and vendor contract negotiation.
8. Develop project plans, key milestones, and project control structures.
9. Transfer knowledge and skills to improve team member knowledge.

Business Development Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the business development process as a subject matter expert (SME).
• Support proposals and business development for utility clients.

Team Information:

The Logic20/20 Digital Strategy & Transformation team uses design thinking and advanced technologies to solve client challenges. You will collaborate with architects, managers, and engineers to develop innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in a consulting environment as a technical project manager.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Experience establishing or supporting a Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Experience managing relationships in large client organizations.
• Experience implementing enterprise-wide solutions.
• Strong influencing, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Passion for mentoring and developing team members.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel and work in CST or EST time zones.
• Experience in the utilities industry is preferred.

Compensation:

Competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $155,770 - $178,900.
