Job Details
The Technical Project Manager will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives. This role requires skills in translating business strategy into executable project plans. You’ll work with product, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams to drive projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate product vision into actionable execution plans.
- Lead enterprise-level and sprint backlog grooming.
- Apply AI tools within Agile and waterfall workflows.
- Build and maintain agile project frameworks.
- Define RACI matrices for all projects.
- Partner with product, QA, data, and engineering teams to define technical requirements.
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Partner with commercial media programs’ leads to define requirements.
- Support development of program estimates and timelines.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to assess performance metrics.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Technical Project Manager.
- Success in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Expertise in creating and managing work plans and timelines.
- Proficiency with Jira and agile planning tools.
- Understanding of digital product development lifecycles.
- Familiarity with velocity planning and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preference for:
- Experience in healthcare media.
- Exposure to MarTech or AdTech platforms.
- PMP or Scrum Master certification.
