Full-Time Technical Project Manager (Unit 42)

The Technical Project Manager will support multiple projects concurrently with technical teams, clients, and internal stakeholders, primarily focusing on Unit 42's Proactive Service engagements, Digital Forensics, and Incident Response.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects by defining schedules and goals based on Statements of Work (SOWs), communicating with clients.
• Maintain and update client status reports.
• Identify and escalate project issues/risks.
• Partner with Engagement team members for project execution and progress monitoring.
• Deliver quality solutions to clients.
• Develop understanding of engagements through mentoring, training, and feedback.
• Partner with the Engagement team for project staffing.
• Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure projects adhere to budget and timeframe guidelines.
• Manage customer expectations and handle conflict.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (MIS, Cybersecurity, etc.) or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in cybersecurity, digital forensics, incident response, or related fields.
• PMI CAPM/PMP certification preferred.
• Ability to lead projects, create plans, and ensure on-time execution and documentation.
• Strong autonomy, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), confidentiality, and diplomacy skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Asana, and Clarizen preferred.
• Previous direct client/customer consulting experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation: $94,000 - $153,000/YR (depending on qualifications, experience, and location).
