Full-Time Technical Project & Ops Manager

Lead day-to-day project management for small and medium-sized digital initiatives.

Work hands-on in tools like JIRA and Confluence to build multi-track project plans, track tickets, and manage sprints.

Prepare clear status updates, meeting recaps, and timelines / key milestones.

Partner with product managers, engineers, IT, and designers to keep deliverables on track and timelines realistic, flagging risks and creating change management plans along the way to ensure stakeholders stay aligned and informed.

Coordinate team meetings and events, create agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items to maintain strong execution.

Manage and optimize the calendar for the VP of Digital, including meeting prep, prioritization, and coordination across stakeholders.

Complete light admin tasks such as expense reports, vendor submissions, purchase requests, and invoice payment confirmations.

Collect and analyze project metrics to identify trends, surface inefficiencies, and help implement process improvements and best practices.
