Contractor Technical Recruiter

Job Duties:

• Attract, source, and conduct in-depth screenings to assess candidates' interest, technical skills, qualifications, and compensation expectations.
• Use creative sourcing techniques to identify talent for various positions.
• Partner with sales leads on hiring manager intake calls.
• Provide in-depth information on candidate markets, rates, and skill sets; build a professional network of top talent.
• Coordinate phone and video interviews.
• Negotiate and assess talent.
• Answer questions about skills sets and niche technologies.
• Network and maintain relationships with key talent.
• Stay current on market trends, competitors, and innovative sourcing strategies.
• Attend contractor care events.
• Manage multiple, shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Create unique Boolean search strings.
• Collaborate with team members.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• 2-4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in IT and/or Telecom.
• Strong people skills, energized by building relationships.
• Passionate, impactful, competitive, and resilient.
• Resourceful with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

Salary: 110,000 - 180,000 a month
