Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical talent needs and define recruiting strategies
- Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, databases, social media
- Engage and assess candidates on technical skills and experience
- Provide data-driven insights and guidance, including market trends and compensation benchmarks
- Manage full recruiting process: from role definition to offer negotiations
- Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters)
- Collaborate with HR, Compensation, business stakeholders
- Deliver exceptional candidate experience
- Support Talent Acquisition initiatives and special projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years experience recruiting for technical roles (AI, Banner Developers, Architects, Engineers)
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search)
- Familiarity with ATS systems (preferably SmartRecruiters)
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong judgment, discretion, confidentiality
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical
Compensation
Hourly pay range: $50.00 - $60.00. Actual pay adjusted based on experience, location, etc.
