Arista Networks is seeking a high-energy, go-getter Technical Sales Recruiter to join their growing team in Japan and other APJ countries. This 12-month contract role (potentially ongoing) will partner with sales management and focus on sales and technical sales openings.
Who You’ll Work With:
- Partnering with Arista's sales management team in APAC.
- Focusing on sales and technical sales openings of various levels.
- Sourcing and hiring Sales Account Managers, Systems Engineers, and other tech support in software and hardware technology.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive full life cycle recruiting process (sourcing to offer stage).
- Build a robust pipeline of sales talent.
- Collaborate with the team to understand role requirements and assess screening criteria.
- Resume review and prescreening.
- Sourcing and identifying candidates via social media.
- Organize and schedule interviews and team debriefs.
- Creating a positive candidate experience.
- Native Japanese speaker and living in Japan.
- Partner and provide weekly updates to the Manager of Global Staffing.
Ideal Candidates:
- Experience sourcing and placing Account Managers and sales Reps in the Networking Sector or sourcing talent from networking giants like Cisco, Juniper.
- Full-cycle sales recruiting expertise hiring sales talent who sell technology preferably into data centers environments (Networking, Security SW, and Storage solutions).
