Full-Time Technical SME AI/ML Integration

We are seeking an experienced Technical SME specializing in AI/Machine Learning and Core System Ingestion & Integration to support the implementation of an AI/ML solution for reading Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) and integrating the data into the core systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a sparring partner, offering technical input on the AI/ML solution to read CoAs.
• Support solution scoping and estimate the resources required for implementation.
• Develop a roadmap for prioritized initiatives to facilitate rollout and implementation.
• Collaborate with solution architects to ensure seamless data ingestion into core systems.
• Guide the analysis lead in gathering necessary information for timely proposal delivery.
• Provide insights on GxP validation requirements and phased rollout strategies.
• Contribute to proposal development for Steering Committee recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while aligning with business needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• Proven experience in implementing AI/ML solutions for data ingestion and integration.
• Strong understanding of CoA processing and core system integration.
• Experience working in GxP-regulated environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional global environment.
• Familiarity with AI/ML regulatory considerations in the pharmaceutical industry.
