Full-Time Technical Solutions Manager

• Lead the development and implementation of innovative technical solutions to address complex business challenges for our clients.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives
• Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Analyse client needs and develop comprehensive technical strategies to address their challenges
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure IT solutions
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to provide cutting-edge solutions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor for their technology needs
• Create detailed technical documentation, project plans, and reports for stakeholders
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for complex technical projects
• Drive the adoption of best practices in project management and solution delivery
• DICI expert - installation, commissioning and test calling Completion of SIDs, FIK call offs, Completion of HOPs

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical solutions
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex technical projects
• Excellent project management skills with relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) preferred
• In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in IT solutions architecture and enterprise software implementation
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed
• Relevant technical certifications in cloud technologies or IT management are a plus
