Technical Support Technician - This is a contract opportunity. This is an on-site opportunity in Dallas, TX. About this Position: We’re seeking a skilled Technical Support Technician to support end-users in Dallas, TX. In this high-visibility, client-facing role, you’ll provide advanced technical support in areas such as networking, telecommunications, AV systems, and general IT troubleshooting. This position requires strong customer service skills, the ability to solve complex technology issues, and a collaborative mindset to support business-critical technology operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person IT support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and conferencing tools in a highly professional environment
- Troubleshoot and administer Windows laptops and Apple MacBooks
- Support iOS and Android mobile devices, including setup and configuration
- Provide expertise on AV technology such as Microsoft Surface Hub, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron, and Condecos
- Manage incidents and requests via ServiceNow ticketing system
- Coordinate inventory, software/firmware updates, and documentation
- Maintain knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and print device support (HP, Xerox, Canon)
- Manage ServiceNow tickets, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs
- Support Microsoft Windows and Mac operating systems, including Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office 365)
- Maintaining asset management processes, including shipping, receiving, and tracking hardware
- Assist with conference room technology, printer support, event and meeting setups, and remote hands support for network operations.
Job Skills/Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field OR equivalent experience in IT support
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, including PC hardware/software, networking, or telecommunications
- Experience with root cause analysis and incident resolution
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-first mindset and experience supporting high-level stakeholders
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams a plus

Pay Range: $25 - $27/hr
