Full-Time Technical Team Lead - SuperApp Dev

As the Technical Team Lead for Yuzee's superapp, you'll architect and manage the Ionic platform that fuels career transformation.

You'll blend hands-on coding with strategic leadership to ensure our app scales seamlessly, integrates diverse features (skills tracking, mentorship, course enrolment), and delivers a frictionless experience for users and businesses. 1. Technical Leadership & Development (40%)
2. Set the Ionic app's technical direction, ensuring scalability for growing users, educators, and industry partners.
3. Architect features critical to Yuzee's mission:
• Skills & Career Pathway Tracking: Optimize performance for real-time industry trend updates.
• Integration Ecosystem: Seamlessly connect courses, internships, mentorship, and business portals.
• Cross-Platform Consistency: Ensure flawless UX across mobile/desktop for users, educators, and employers.
• Review code to maintain high standards (Ionic, Angular/React, TypeScript) and enforce security for sensitive user data.

2. Team Management & Hiring (30%)
3. Lead and mentor a team of 5 Ionic developers, fostering collaboration between UI specialists and backend integrators.
4. Hire future team members who align with Yuzee's mission (e.g., developers passionate about EdTech, HRTech, or social impact).
5. Conduct technical workshops to upskill the team on Ionic best practices and emerging industry trends.

3. Product & Project Management (20%)

4. Process & Quality Assurance (10%)
