Full-Time Technical Training Program Manager - Americas

• Establish a Technical Training Center of Excellence.
• Develop and manage training protocols.
• Maintain a training repository.
• Define, monitor, and measure team performance.
• Develop and execute a strategic training plan.
• Design and implement a multi-channel training program.
• Identify emerging training trends and implement innovative solutions.
• Evaluate and adopt tools and technologies.
• Conduct analyses to identify skill gaps.
• Measure and track improvements in post-training proficiency.
• Establish processes to monitor training effectiveness.
• Manage assigned budget and meet financial targets.
• Promote a “Safety First” culture.

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s or Master's preferred.
• 8+ years in technical support, service operations, or technical training.
• 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven track record designing, developing, and delivering structured training programs.
• Strong technical expertise in software and hardware systems.
• Experienced in leading and coaching high-performing teams.
• Excellent communicator, able to explain complex technical concepts.
• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms.
• Skilled in analyzing skill gaps and driving continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and operational management abilities.
• Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and project management.
• Willing to travel frequently across North and Latin America (40–50%).
