Job Summary As a Technical Writer, you will work closely with our experienced technical writers and subject matter experts to create high-quality technical documentation for our training and products and services. This offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technical writing and contribute to real-world projects
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
- Create and update technical documentation, including user guides, manuals, tutorials, API documentation, and release notes.
- Conduct research and gather information from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Follow established style guides and documentation standards to maintain consistency across all documentation.
- Participate in review cycles and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve the quality of documentation.
- Assist in managing documentation repositories and version control systems.
- Support other technical writing initiatives and projects as needed.
What We Need
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and explain them in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with documentation tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, or similar tools is a plus.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is desirable.
- Self-motivated team player with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in technical writing or related field is an advantage but not required.
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
