Technical Writer is revolutionizing healthcare by delivering highly automated and modern B2B enterprise software.
We are seeking a Technical Writer with a strong understanding of software development processes and the ability to write and review code.
This role involves closely working with engineers to document their work.
The ideal candidate will also liaise with educational content, marketing, and customer success teams to provide updates and address inbound questions.
- Review existing documentation and new code comments.
- Meet with engineers to gather information and clarify uncertainties.
- Organize and maintain documentation discoverability.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
- Collaborate with teams to provide documentation updates and answer questions.
- Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
- Assist in creating and maintaining runbooks for 24/7 support.
- Continuously improve documentation processes and tools.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a software development environment.
- Ability to write and review code with knowledge of software development.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with documentation tools and platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Familiarity with healthcare software and regulatory requirements (preferred).
- Background in library science, technical writing, or related field (highly desirable).
- Coding bootcamp or equivalent experience (a plus).
