DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking experienced Technical Writers to support AI and data-driven projects. You will collaborate with researchers, developers, and cross-functional teams to produce clear, accurate, and accessible technical content.
Main Responsibilities:
- Communicate complex technical information clearly.
- Create and maintain documentation including overviews, procedures, example code, help center content, and FAQs.
- Serve as a communication bridge between researchers, developers, and taskers within the HITL team.
- Develop in-depth documentation for internal and external audiences.
- Manage projects involving multiple junior writers.
- Lead multidisciplinary programs from planning to delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment.
- Improve documentation processes and workflows.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in technical writing, instructional design, or a similar role.
- Experience in task definition and instruction design principles.
- Experience with HTML, Python, Data analysis, Markdown, or version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders and translate requirements.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Technical Communication, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Experience working with large-scale human evaluation platforms, crowdsourcing, or rater-based data collection programs.
- Experience designing tasks for complex domains.
- Experience with data analysis to inform instruction improvement.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and data labeling processes.
