Full-Time Technology Manager

United Franchise Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Manager to lead technological initiatives and drive innovation across franchise brands.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with company objectives.
2. Lead a team of tech professionals, providing guidance and support.
3. Evaluate emerging technologies for innovation and competitive advantage.
4. Project manage and launch brand-specific initiatives (POS, CRM, ERP), liaising with vendors and partners.
5. Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers for quality and cost-effective service.
6. Stay informed about industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years senior leadership experience in tech and business, preferably in franchising or multi-unit retail.
• Food Industry experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of tech infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
• Experience with enterprise-level software applications, ERP systems, POS/CRM systems, and database management (e.g., Synuma, Gorilla Dash, HubSpot).
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, data privacy laws, and industry standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
