Technology Support Technician
This is a contract position. This is an onsite opportunity located in Austin, TX.
Are you a tech-savvy professional with a passion for hands-on troubleshooting and delivering exceptional customer service? Join a high-performing IT support team where you’ll provide in-person technical support to end users, ensuring smooth daily operations. You’ll work in a fast-paced professional environment, helping resolve complex issues related to laptops, mobile devices, printers, and enterprise software.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver high-level, in-person support to resolve technical issues on laptops, mobile devices, and office equipment
- Troubleshoot and maintain Windows and Apple devices, including MacBooks, iOS, and Android phones
- Support print devices including HP, Xerox, and Canon printers
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement preventive solutions
- Track issues and resolutions in ServiceNow; maintain and coordinate IT inventory
Job Skills/Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and laptop troubleshooting
- Experience supporting Apple and Android devices
- Confident communicator with strong customer service and face-to-face support skills
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Familiar with Yammer, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools
