Full-Time Telecom Project Manager

Telecom Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Single point of contact for multiple client orders.
• Ongoing client interaction, timeline and task management.
• Coordination across multiple teams and resources.
• Resolving order-related issues.
• Interfacing with sales agents and other staff.
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
• Telecommunication background (2+ years) required.
• Ensuring client satisfaction, timely project completion, and issue resolution.
• Clear communication of project status (outstanding, pending, completed).
• Minimizing customer attrition rate.
• Remote support for customer inquiries and tickets.
• Daily project tracking (resource, equipment, workflow).
• Document collection and recording (customer setup, implementation).
• Creating/executing/revising project work plans.
• Progress summaries and interim/completion reports.
• Facilitating internal/external meetings.

Qualifications:

• Ability to learn and use new software.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Managing multiple priorities and resources across sites.
• Initiative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organization, and planning skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Attention to detail.
• Presentation and meeting facilitation skills.
